The 2020 LPHA Annual Conference is being postponed until November 2020 (at Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome in New Orleans); additional information will be provided when the actual dates are confirmed. The Local Arrangements Chairperson (Janet Merritt) will be contacting those who have already made registration payments about refunds. If you have already made hotel reservations at Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome for March 31st and/or April 1st, you can cancel without a penalty.
Registration is open for the 2020 LPHA Annual Educational Conference "Advocacy and Collaboration: Public Health in Everything". The conference is being held at the Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome at 330 Loyola Ave. in New Orleans. Conference registration is $125 for an LPHA member, $75 for an LPHA student member, $170 for a non-member, and $100 for a student non-member. If not pre-registered, there is an on-site registration added cost of $30. For hotel reservations, please call 1-800-238-0227 and give the group code LPH to get the hotel room rate of $139 plus applicable taxes. Registered guests receive complimentary parking for one vehicle per room. Conference attendees not registered at the hotel will receive parking for $5.00 per day (vouchers to be obtained at the LPHA registration table). Want to register online, click here.
